		<description>I am doing research on applying &quot;green&quot; principles to our growing roofing company, aimed at the Real Estate Industry.  One point I am having trouble with is &quot;certifying&quot; a roof, prior to solar installation, in that, you want a roof to be healthy enough to not need to be torn off or even replaced after you&#039;ve installed solar panels and so there must be some sort of certification process that preceeds the installation...can you direct me to that information online?  I am thinking while this is something the boss has not asked about yet, it is something I should bring to his attention!!
