Ken&#039;s discussion of the Federal Tax Credit made me a bit anxious.

Have you already gone through installing your system and the whole tax credit?

If so, did the IRS give you a 30% tax credit based on the before Xcel rebate cost, or the after Xcel rebate cost?

Obviously, there&#039;s a huge difference in amount of tax credit one gets. 

And, of course, REC Solar, and other solar companies, are putting in numbers into their estimates for customers based on the 30% Federal Tax Credit being based on the before Xcel rebate cost of the system.

Sure hope that&#039;s what the IRS actually is doing..</description>
