I ask two members of ASES their advice on getting started in the solar industry.
I got to visit Richard Burns and Seth Masia from ASES American Solar Energy Society in Boulder Colorado and ask them their advise for people wanting to get started in the solar industry.
They talk about different skills needed to get started and which skills can get you way ahead of the game. Also which courses to take for PV design or solar thermal. Seth talks about his experience with SEI training in Colorado. There is a boom in solar eduction right now. They also talk about good places to network to meet people in the solar field.
